1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
SIBARUM SITGES SL will be the data controller of the personal data of those PERSONS who have created a profile on any of its social media platforms. Such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). The following information regarding data processing is provided:
What do we process your personal data for?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and SIBARUM SITGES SL (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER), which may include the following activities:

Processing requests and inquiries submitted to the controller

Providing information about activities and events organized by the controller

Providing information about products or services offered by the controller

Interacting through official profiles
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social media platforms, USERS will be informed about the purpose of data collection as well as their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the stated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Additionally, the USER may access the privacy policies of the relevant social media platform at any time and configure their profile settings to ensure their privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: the data will be retained for as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent granted, as indicated in this Privacy Policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social media platforms, including their personal data, may be published—depending on the services used by the USER—and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social media platforms. From the profile of each social media platform, the USER can configure which information they wish to make public in each case, review the permissions granted, remove or disable them, as well as manage any third-party applications they no longer wish to use.
However, no disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social media platform is foreseen, except where essential for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current data protection regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: these may only be exercised in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.

Right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and the right to restrict or object to processing.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

Access to public profile information.

Publication on the USER’s profile of any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social media platforms.

Sending personal and individual messages through social media channels.

Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile.
The USER may always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections. To do so, they must access their settings, where they will find various configuration options related to the level of privacy of their user profile on the social media platform.
3. POSTS
The purpose of social media platforms is to provide visibility and dissemination of the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social media platform, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of any affected third parties.
Any publication on the social media platform—whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—that may violate or be likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and to block the responsible users.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for the content freely published by the USER.
The USER should be aware that their posts may be visible to other users and that they are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social media platform will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social media platform.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Users are advised to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social media platform at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements applicable.
Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social media platforms by minors or persons with special capacities, whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
